Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. does not accept the return of assembled carts once they have been received and unpackaged by the customer. Unassembled carts may be approved for return on a case-by-case basis. Please call or email Customer Service to discuss potential returns.
Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. does not accept the return of stainless steel products that are made to order. If the customer suspects damage has been incurred during transit, the customer is responsible for refusing the shipment(s).
Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. does not accept the return of cart covers as all of our cart covers are made to order. Cart covers are not exchangeable or returnable. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate dimensions are provided to Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. Should the provided dimensions result in a cart cover that does not fit correctly, the customer is responsible for purchasing an additional cover with correct dimensions. Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. does not accept the return of any items classified as “disposable” (e.g., Disposable Cart Covers, Disposable Catheter Hangers, etc.) unless the items are in the original, unopened packaging. If the items have not been opened and the return request meets all other return policy requirements, Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. maintains the right to approve and/or deny a return request on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. does accept the return of certain products that are not cart covers or assembled carts. See below for return details.
To be eligible for full or partial credit, all approved returns must
- Have a Return Authorization number provided by an Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. representative prior to return
- Include a completed copy of Return Goods Authorization Form (either included inside the returning package or attached to the outside of the package
- Be returned in original or acceptable packaging. If original packaging does not appear to provide adequate protection for return shipment, alternative packaging is acceptable so long as the returning items are properly secured within the packaging to prevent damage (e.g., with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, other protective packing materials, etc.)
Items returned without prior notice will not be credited to the customer. Items returned with incomplete or missing forms will not be credited to the customer. Items returned in unacceptable packaging will not be credited to the customer.
Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging. We recommend that packages be shipped by a traceable means such as FedEx or UPS. RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All approved returns must be made within 30 days of Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. issued Invoice date and authorized with a completed Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form.
- For non-defective goods: Customer pays return freight charges and up to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee is determined on a case-by-case basis. Original freight charges are not eligible for credit. If customer requires a shipping label created by Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc., the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the final credit.
- FINAL CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL ALL RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND APPROVED FOR RESTOCKING. Exchange Cart Accessories, Inc. maintains the right to issue partial or zero credit for items received with damage.
